No, I don't mean that the president is uninsured. I mean he needs the health insurance industry to join him in making PPACA (Obamacare) look like it is successful.
In the late 1980's I served as the State Health Officer in Nevada, the principle statewide public health authority. One of my duties was to regulate HMOs.

PPACA, better known as Obama-care, requires states to operate a health insurance exchange by January 1, 2014.
